Days Inn by Wyndham Cookeville

Thank you so very much for accommodating me. The kind lady at the desk and the gentleman who took one look at me after traveling through the night… wonderful people. I stayed in a pet friendly smoking room tucked in the corner and slept so good. The room I requested was perfectly imperfect and I will definitely stay here again. Truck parking, directly off interstate, well lit where needed and again- just the nicest people ever. Did I say thank you enough times? Well I’ll say it again- THANK YOU.

Rooms were clean. Staff was exceptional. The GM was fantastic. The toilet seat was broken, notified the front desk and the GM himself came and fixed it. Very polite people. Breakfast is just grab and go. Coffee and packaged muffin. There is a few table and chairs in there. There is a McDonalds and Wendy's within a few feet from hotel. The only thing I was a little disappointed about, was pool was drained and closed. Did not affect my stay. Will definitely stay again when I go back to Cookeville.

If you can't say anything nice ... The manager was very friendly and responsive. The heater worked, and the TV and mini fridge worked. That's about it. There was a giant hole in the floor under the flooring, the shower curtain rod was mildewy, the phone in the room didn't work, there was a hole in the bedsheet, the towels were thin and hard and scratchy, half of the water came from the spigot and half from the shower, and the water was tepid at best. We didn't dare try the breakfast. Would highly recommend going to the La Quinta down the street instead!

The staff was amazing and very friendly the beds were omg comfortable the only thing was the pillows not so much id recommend being ya own or go buy one at Walmart up the street but everything else was great clean and an awesome stay
