I’m giving this one star because it is required, but it doesn’t even deserve that. This place needs condemned. The FIRST room we were put in was absolutely disgusting. The curtains looked like they’d been put in a shredder and smelled terrible, the window unit was full of mold, the base boards had enough dust on them to send anyone’s allergies into a fit, the mattresses were horrendous (both dirty and lack of comfort wise), the lamp shades looked like they’d been peed on, and the door lock didn’t work. That’s literally just the beginning of the complaints. After requesting to be moved, we were placed in a room that wasn’t AS bad, or so we thought. There was pieces of the floor missing, the lamp shades still looked the same as the others, and the sink was held up by random pieces of wood. T

Booked through Priceline and regretted it immediately. The first room we were given was a disaster:| • The door wouldn’t close or lock unless slammed.| • Several lamps were missing bulbs.| • The bed squeaked with every move.| • The air conditioner roared so loudly it sounded like a jet taking off.| • The “fresh” towel hanging in the bathroom was stained, with what appeared to be blood.||To make matters worse, the elevators were out of order. Guests were expected to haul luggage up three flights of stairs, and the only ice machine in the whole building was on the 3rd floor.||After complaining, we were moved to another room. The guest rooms smell like the pest control company just walked out the room before we walked in. Shower was dirty, under the bed was trash, and dusty. White sheets had marks in it, walls look like a third world country hotel stay. Bad look for a good company. The ice machine was in the third floor, facility needs an upgrade. For real!

Upon arrival the front desk was friendly enough.The room I stayed in had black moldy grime around corners of bathroom, tub was stained yellow and toilet seat broken.There was gross dirt under chairs, tables and around bed.The headboards were dirty too. Paint missing on walls and ac unit made noise all night.This hotel is in need of a serious remodel!!! The free breakfast was a joke- ie 2 stale bagels and one container of jelly in the entire restaurant. Don’t recommend at all.

Do not waste your money to come here. I wish I would’ve read the Google reviews before I spent my money. The toilet was not clean. There was candle wax on the floor. It looked like the room had not been cleaned. The wallpaper was coming off the bathroom wall . There was a hole in the door behind the entrance door to the room. The elevator was broke which the front desk lady did inform us beforehand, which was fine. But then proceeded to put us in a room all the way on the third floor. The room smelled bad. They definitely need to do some updating and renovations. I wish I never would’ve Wasted my money staying there . I will never be going back there again that’s for sure! I wish there was a place post the pictures that I took on here.
