SureStay Plus by Best Western Warner Robins AFB

Excellent stay here. No problems at all. The hotel check in process was simple and staff greeted me with a smile. I had an outside located room which was fine. The room was very clean and bed comfortable. The room had a shower with a double head which had wonderful pressure. The microwave worked great and the refrigerator was the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel room. Most times in hotels the refrigerator half way works. This refrigerator froze my water bottles solid very quickly.. very surprised. This hotel is behind a convenience store and there are several other convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. The location is very convenient to everything. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Positive: The staff knew what they were doing. Check-in was fast and easy, Room was clean and provisioned. Refrigerator had been turned off, but was quickly switched back when brought to management's attention. Waffle iron worked and breakfast was enjoyable. Negative: ""

I can tell you this was a great place for me and my teen to stay for a couple of days. It was super clean, the staff were very friendly, and the room was just perfect. We had 2 queen beds. The breakfast bar was complete with pancakes, pastries, eggs, sausage, juice, coffee and cereal. I can't imagine needing anything other than what this property offered. The front desk people was great and when we go back, we'll stay here if they have a room available.

Tried to change rooms because I didn't feel safe in outside room but they refused " because we booked on line." I would have paid the difference and they had inside rooms available. I am pretty sure if you own a motel you can change a room for a customer especially when it comes to safety of your patrons. Customer service is seriously lacking. The Indian lady seemed like she did not care at all regarding my concerns. Breakfast is a joke. Old fake eggs. One piece of white bread in bread box. Orange juice was horrible like it was watered down. No fruit. Room smells nasty. No hot water in sink only warm. No pool. No gym. I wouldn't let my dog stay here. WARNING THIS IS A CHEAP LOW END MOTEL NOT A HOTEL.

Requested a noon check in but didn't get there till 2pm. When we got up to the room the door was open with a cart in front and nobody to be found while the room was not cleaned yet. We waited ten minutes before anyone showed up then took another 10 to kinda clean the room (leaving us 20 minutes to get ready for a wedding). Food left in the freezer, toilet seat not cleaned. The floor had not been vacuumed in quite some time and there were ants showing up throughout the room. The sheets felt like sandpaper and pillows like plastic. One of the worst experiences I've had especially for a hotel that was not busy at all.
