Hampton Inn Warner Robins

I wanted to be able to leave a good review so bad bc it is my daughter's birthday weekend, but I can't. Nothing seems to be on time.. Check in, pool hours, etc. Breakfast was nice and there's a tiny courtyard by the pool area but don't expect to be able to physically get into your room at the listed 3pm check in. The pool hours are listed as 8am-10pm... It is currently 9:24am and the pool is still not open. The elevator clearly needs some work, the pull out couch bed is like a fitted sheet was thrown on some springs, the refrigerator in the room was broken and unlevel. I spoke to a man in the hall who said he had to change rooms twice due to the shower never getting hot... Funny story: there is a plaque at check in saying 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I told the lady I wasn't looking for a

1. Gum from a previous guest stuck to the matrass cover|2. Sink did not drain|3. Shower curtain too short. Floated outside the tub. Could not shower without flooding the unit

We stayed at this Hampton inn while traveling for Thanksgiving. This was the nicest Hampton inn we've ever stayed at! The stay was so nice. The rooms were updated, clean, and comfy. The best part was the breakfast buffet! Plenty to choose from and the ladies that were running it were so friendly! We will make this a stop every time we travel!

I just checked in and my room is very clean,spacious, and nice! They even personalized my tv to say welcome ‘my name’ I drove quite a ways and love that they had good fresh coffee available by check in counter with a few varieties (dark,light,something else,and hot water) and a few different options for creamers. The bed is VERY comfortable. Definitely getting moneys worth staying here and I’ve paid the same for way less! Glad we chose here for our stay
