Great stay at Hilton Garden Inn Warner Robins! Everything was clean and easy, but Shadavia really made the experience special. She has such a bubbly personality and an amazing attitude. Her welcoming demeanor and positive energy truly stand out. She really brings light into the room. Customer service like that makes all the difference. I’ll definitely return!

What an amazing hotel. The staff are incredible. Laurene at the bar David is the kitchen. They always treat you right. Josh and Marcel are so wonderful at the desk and Bre will always get you what you need. Thank you for such a great 2 week experience. I’ll be coming back for sure.

We blocked 20 rooms at this hotel to stay for my son's wedding. It was a nice hotel - beautiful lobby and nice clean rooms. The staff at this hotel is what sets them apart. Everyone - desk staff, bartenders, cleaning staff and management are willing to go the extra mile to make your stay the best they possibly can. They are friendly and kind to their guests. The sales manager who helped me with my banquet was Peggy Kay. She is so amazing. She bent over backward to make sure our rehearsal dinner was fun and relaxing. When we were running late from the wedding rehearsal, she welcomed my guests and invited them to appetizers while they waited. I love Hilton, I only patronize this company because of the rooms and superb customer service. This past weekend I experienced the worst thing ever, a dirty room with dirty sheets and covers. There was literally dried blood on the covers, and once I asked for some new ones, I was accused of wasting makeup on it even though I had just checked in. The light skinned guy from house keeping was rude, accusatory and aggressive. He stormed in my room once I opened the door to receive the replacement instead of just handing them to me. Not only that the bathroom had red stains on the floor the tissue box was empty and the shower was dirty. The only positive thing that happened was the guy with locs that checked us in. I’m saddened to have to write this, but the hotel needs to reevaluate their hous
