Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Warner Robins

I stayed at this hotel for four days, and it was my first time here. Before arriving, I called to ask about the hotel and the breakfast. The answer I received was simply, “It’s OK.” After staying here, I can say it’s much more than just OK — it’s excellent!||The hotel is very clean and even smells fresh. Everything is in great working condition. The staff is professional and extremely friendly — from Dominique at the front desk to everyone else I met.||Special thanks for the breakfast! Although not all dishes are cooked on-site, the freshness and quality are outstanding.||I visit Warner Robins at least three times a year, and from now on, I’ll be staying only at this hotel.

Not anything special. It’s a Fairfield Inn, budget Marriott. But I give this place credit because it was very clean and the staff was very helpful. That goes a long way. We were just passing through and needed a place to stay for the night. This place was perfect. Staff deserves praise.

The stay was comfortable. I was in the area for a wedding, and found the hotel clean, and generally in good condition. The elevator was creaky, and there was a light bulb socket hanging out of place in the elevator, but everything worked just fine. The breakfast smelled good and looked well stocked, but I was headed out early, so just grabbed a cup of coffee. Staff was polite and helpful. Overall, a good stay.

I stayed here for almost two weeks during a move. The rooms are a bit weathered, but that is to be expected of a hotel in a highly active area next to a military installation, especially if the hotel is a convenient distance from the base itself. Let's talk people. Their staff was amazing. Right out of the gate, a young man by the name of Dominique Releford helped me out with a misunderstanding about my reservation dates. He got my reservation reinstated and ensured I could stay the duration. Dominique is all smiles, respectful, and was helpful during the entire stay. Throughout my stay, a young woman named Victoria was incredibly helpful as well. Always courteous with everyone without fail. The culture of all smiles, helpfulness, and being amazing with guests is apparent in this entire

The room was decent, nothing fancy, had a single king. No decorations really, just nice curtains and functional appliances. The public hotel facilities on the other hand were pretty subpar. You can usually tell when a hotel has been renovated to bring it back to life, but they really need to spend some time and money on the pool and gym facilities. They were outdated and gross. The ice machines worked though.
