Courtyard by Marriott Warner Robins

Staff was nice. Room was mostly clean but several stains on the carpet and sofa. Bed was so hard. If you like a super firm mattress, you're in luck. Bistro in lobby was convenient but they close around 9:30 so get breakfast early. Super convenient location. Lots of shopping and places to eat nearby. It was mostly quiet during our stay. Oh, and wifi was fast and dependable but I lost connection everyday around 3:30 pm. I was always able to get back on right away though.

At my hotel stays, cleanliness is most important to me. I had previously stayed at a country inn in the same town and it did not meet my expectations for cleanliness so I tried the courtyard with a reputation of being high end. False. This was no cleaner than the country inn but cost a substantial amount more. Upon checking in, I found stains on the sheets of both beds and on multiple pillow cases. I asked for new sheets because of this and one of the new sheets had a huge stain on it as well! The bathroom was very dirty as well. The floor had visible dirt and look like it had not been cleaned in a long while or that it was cleaned with a dirty mop. The water in the shower did not come out properly either and took a long time to heat up. Very disappointing. I will not be back to this hotel

Positive: It is very clean and it is located close to many restaurants and shopping. Negative: One minor thing was the location of the TV in my King room was odd l. It was located to the right side of the bed and although it was on a pull-out platform, the view from the bed was slightly blocked.

People and service were great. Hotel was very clean and the crew very accommodating. Just expected a little more bang for my buck. Advertised on website there is a spa (hot tub) there isn't. It would have been nice if there was some type of covering for the rooms with patios. Room was very small, no microwave in room, and the refrigerator was about the size of portable cooler. No free continental breakfast.

Book this hotel last minute to my family surprise the hotel was super nice. The 2 queen bed were super comfy. The bathroom was large and the shower was larger to give our little ones bath. The water pressure was good. I walked around the hotel to take the pictures and see what the hotel had to offer. The indoor pool was closed due to maintenance but it was a little bit larger than a than a standard indoor pool. The gym is small but good enough for any quick work out. The lobby is nice with plenty of areas to sit and also work. The customer service was a 9/10 Always good morning and thank you and super friendly. The one things is that I will knock is the lack of USB charging area. Other than I added this hotel to one of my favorite
