Holiday Inn Express & Suites Warner Robins North West

Monique was on last night about 10 pm Jan 19 2026 She was above and beyond her kindness. We were taken care of ASAP! And our room was exceptionally warm and inviting. Beds were very comfortable and room and restrooms were very clean and tidy. Overall experience was over the top and I will return on next travel. Thank you Monique for your first impression and thoughtfulness. Breakfast was tasty and great, coffee was fresh and delicious. Thank the rest of the staff housekeepers and all the others behind the scenes!!! Keep up the great work.

It's great to be welcomed with a warm smile - and that's exactly what we received at HIE in Warner Robins. While a genuine smile doesn't cost anything, it carries an abundance of value (It's sad that staff at many other HIE locations are not aware of this)...and is much appreciated!||Everything was as good as could be during our stay. The room was nice and tidy. And the breakfast was very good. The bacon - OMG the bacon - was the best ever!||And when we inadvertently left an important item behind, the HIE Warner Robins staff was very good to deliver the item to the nearby UPS store for shipping. Much appreciated!||We have stayed in many, many HIE hotels over the past 15+ years. This was the best experience of all of those stays. I cannot think of any way it could have been improved!

Located on the main road of this busy military town, this IHG Holiday Inn Express is nestled in with a wide range of amenities. (Btw, for those who need their Beaver Fix, Buc-ees is less than 10 min away! *IYKYK*) We stayed overnight on our trip to Florida and there is a reason our first choice, when reasonably available, is a Holiday Inn Express. They are reliably clean, up to date, and the staff are upbeat and extremely helpful. This IHG hotel was no exception. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and checked in quickly. The room was spacious, clean and modern. The only disappointment was a lack of bedside USB charging ports or electric outlets for adapters. I’ve stayed here 6 times for business. So far each time was great but for whatever reason, this time my room was not as clean as it normally is. I almost checked out but work booked this trip so it was a hassle to change. Breakfast is very good, staff are very nice and polite. Check in was easy. The fitness center is clean and equipment works. Pool was closed for the season. I just couldn’t get over the room. Dirty and things broken or just getting old. Needs an update. The USB’s are knocked in so you can’t use them, toilet was dirty with urine on the seat, hair in the tub and bath floor, stains on my sheets, table scratched up, dust on the sofa and the lamp shade was heat damaged. Very clean, well-kept hotel. Good quality beds with excellent blackout curtains. Decent breakfast selection with both coffee and hot teas. The Keurig in room was nice as well. Last but not least, all staff member we encountered were so nice and helpful, especially Sheila at the front desk.
