The staff was friendly. The room size was spacious. I loved the water pressure in the shower, and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely choose this hotel again if my travels take me here.

I loved everything about this hotel. I wish I could have slept the entire day- but I was just passing through. The hotel staff is very friendly, everything was very clean. Non-smoking rooms are actually non-smoking. Most importantly it was very spacious and the bed didn’t sink - very sturdy! Recommend this place!

We had a good pit stop at this hotel, staying for the night while travelling North. The newly renovated hotel/room looked aesthetically pleasing. The breakfast spread was good. Our only problem was that the TV in our room was not working. The hospitable lady from the reception did offer us to move to a different room, but it was too much of a hassle for us to move between room/floors for watching TV.

1 Pet fee $50 per pet per night non refundable|2 TV kept muting. First, it was every 20 minutes or so, and then it was every 5 or 10 minutes, and then it started muting Immediately after unmuting.|3 No hot water in the bathroom sink no matter how long you let the water run|4 In order to have a hot shower, you have to have the hot water completely on full blast, no cold water added|5 The breakfast was okay.The eggs you know, as usual made from powder.The sausage gravy, i'm not so sure that that sausage gravy is not left over from the last day or two because it was suspect and twangy|6 At check out, the printer is super old and slow|7 Front desk person said she didn't have the ability to look up rewards when I asked her to look up my account

Pleased to see individual shampoos instead of those big, "used by others", attached to the wall shampoos that others have switched to. I fear contamination from something others have used and don't even like them in my shower, but they are attached to the wall and can not be removed. The room was clean and large. The only thing I would change was to add a small side table to go with the extra chair in the room. The breakfast was great and the experience was a nice rest from our long road trip.
