Candlewood Suites Tuscaloosa by IHG

I stayed one night here this week and thoroughly enjoyed it. I typically don't enjoy hotels but this one was an exception. Amazing staff greeted me and made me feel welcome. The room was fantastic-updated and clean. Thank you for the pleasant experience here.

We stayed there for one night and found it to be in a great location. We were very impressed with the customer service; the front desk staff during check-in and check-out were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and it’s definitely a great option to consider if we need to come back to Tuscaloosa!

Friendly staff, greeted properly upon arrival. Lobby is very clean, had a fresh smell about it. Rooms are very clean, excellent suite for a temporary stay. Easy access to interstate. Passing through on way to Tennessee, stopped it to crash for the night. Will definitely pin this place for a return visit

Jessie ( sales) has been the most helpful, and Ms. Kim is always very accommodating . The rooms are about like you’d expect for an extended stay hotel. Everything is quite clean and comfortable. I keep a running reservation at this hotel, and will continue to do so.

Great family weekend and it all started at the front desk at check in time, thanks to Kim!! Our crew had 3 rooms and Kim already knew the last names & had us situated close by each other. She was friendly and knowledgable from check-in to checkout!! Room was spacious, and clean and had everything you would need for a kitchen.
