Horrible Experience - I booked a jet tum room for my wife and I for our Anniversary using Expedia. I checked in after waiting 15 minutes for an attendant at the counter. Within 30 minutes I was checking out due to the disgust we discovered in the room. We ended up never receiving our money back because the hotel denied my request thru expedia. I would never go back again. Next time I will stay at the Holiday Inn that we found later that night.

The hotel is of extremely poor quality. The rating and reviews on Expedia are completely misleading. To start with, the balcony door had a large hole that the management tried to fix with nothing but duct tape—which wasn't even sticking. Freezing air was blowing directly into the room, and I could hear all the traffic noise from outside. The floor was filthy; it hadn't even been swept after the previous guests. All the furniture was covered in stains from spilled drinks. There was hair on the bed and in the shower, and the toilet was dirty. During breakfast, the tables in the restaurant were simply disgusting.

Absolutely unacceptable! Filthy. Found a needle cap on the floor mixed with dirt & filth. Used silverware, old food on floor. Dust bunny's all along ever wall edge. Pee stained mattress. Mysterious brown stains on sheets. Our bath towels one had 2 large yellow stains. Jacuzzi had mystery things floating after my mom filled it & used it. It was clean to the eye. We realized after the mysterious material was coming from the drain where something was accumulating and the drain plug area was never cleaned for a long time. I don't know how this filth even passes code. The 3rd room they moved us to was okay. Minus the jacuzzi & bath towel. I still couldn't relax after what I witnessed. Just wanted to leave. Felt grossed out the whole time. See the pictures.

Had a reserved room, yet it was not available at check-in. Waited 2 hours as the staff prepared the room. Ended up with different room from what I reserved, but was told I couldn't do that initially since I booked 3rd party. Confusing and a bit of time lost. Front desk attitude changed after I contacted the 3rd party to be rebooked. Not very friendly then.

The hotel attendants were very friendly, helpful! Great atmosphere and restaurant & breakfast! The room was clean & neat! Very much worth the stay! Will be back again :)
