Very nice and clean hotel. A little pricey. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast was good too.

The location was in the heart of f bigveavers and surrounded by great restaurants. But service was okay intact better than fairfiled Rochester

I would like to share my most recent experience at your hotel. My son and I stayed from February 20 through February 22 while he was participating in a hockey tournament in Hazel Park. We have chosen this property three times since September due to its close proximity to the rink and have previously had acceptable experiences. Unfortunately, this past visit was extremely disappointing. The majority of the issues stemmed from our interactions with a sales associate named Heather. Upon arrival, she informed me that she would only provide one room key because my son is a child and, according to her, “all kids lose and abuse them.” This assumption was inappropriate and unprofessional. During our stay, Heather repeatedly spoke to my son and his teammates in a harsh and disrespectful manner. S

First off the hotel was super clean very impressive. One of the finest in the area. The rooms / hallways and very vibrant, which makes the stay so much nicer. Great work on the new look. The front desk was very supportive with questions , interactions, and recommendations to certain restaurants, shopping centers and party stores. Heather G front desk worker helped my wife an I with sincerity and charm. Heather should be one of the trainers for most of the hotels I stay in the area on front desk manners. After a long day of travel my sister and I needed a place to stay for the night. We had called to see if they had any rooms available, hoping we could make a reservation. We get to the hotel and the front desk lady was the sweetest person ever. Her name was Heather. The rooms were very well kept. We definitely will be staying here again if we need too!
