Wonderful staff. Albert was an all star, he checked me in and out and I looked forward to seeing his smiling face every day he worked. Professional, accommodating and kind. Rooms were clean, temperature controls worked great, amenities were fantastic, salt water pool was very nice too instead of chlorine. As someone with sensitive skin, that was VERY nice. Also super convenient being right off the expressway. The time I thought I had maybe missed housekeeping, Albert also reassured me they were already on it and took an extra note to ask them to doublecheck that my room was tended to. I’m cheap, so I didn’t ever opt in to breakfast, but they also had an option for dinner and drinks for those interested in it. If I HAD to make one criticism, it would be that the “do not disturb” signs d

The hotel was fairly clean and up to date. We had plenty of space to gather with friends in the lobby bar. Staff didn’t mind us all using the bar and the bartenders were fast and friendly. The hotel could use a better check in process .

We had a wonderful stay at this fairly new hotel. Our room was wonderful, and my bed was comfy (slept like a baby). The staff was great! Love the area, it was quiet and peaceful. There is an onsite restaurant and there were other restaurants that were fairly close. Some of us even took a walk to a nice establishment to purchase smoothies (Have not done that in a while). Great Hotel!

Front desk, Mark, very accommodating, pleasant, and efficient. We visited the bar area in the evening and found it to be clean and relaxing. The bartender, Retina (?), was friendly and quick to serve all customers. In the morning, the breakfast was very good. Hot, fresh, and a great variety of choices. Mark, the chef/manager provided great customer service and a delicious breakfast buffet.

I had an excellent stay and would absolutely give this hotel 5 stars. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. A special thank you to Mark, the chef — the food was excellent. Breakfast was especially very good, with great quality and flavor. You can tell he takes pride in what he prepares. Kennedy also truly stood out — she was incredibly friendly, very attentive, and provided exceptional service throughout my stay. The hotel and rooms were clean and spacious, making the stay both comfortable and relaxing. The property is well-maintained, and all staff members were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
