TownePlace Suites by Marriott Detroit Troy

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was great! Comfortably accommodated 4 adults and 2 kids. Ruth checked us in and was so nice and explained everything. We chose to stay here when we visited the Henry Ford Museum. It was worth the drive! Breakfast was very good, the pool could have been a little warmer, the hot tub was really nice. The pool area and exercise room very clean. Everything was clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the museum.

we had a great experience with our 2 night stay. Shoutout to Ruth and Donna, who were so delightful and caring. They were very accommodating and helpful with our silly requests and questions. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a full kitchenette and refrigerator. The free breakfast was typical with oatmeal, yogurt, eggs etc.. They had great coffee. Surprisingly, oat-milk was available. We accidentally left an airpod in the bed and Donna found it for us !!

Easily the BEST hotel I have ever stayed at. It was super clean and quiet! It's like an apartment in the room, with a whole kitchen and closet that goes through to the bathroom. The pool and hot tub are wonderful and warm. No strong perfumes or cleaner smells, wonderful service and kind staff. I will definitely be back!!! I slept better here than at my own house! The beds are soooo comfy and it was just so quiet. I can't say enough!

This is a well maintained, clean and fantastic representation of the brand. It's a relatively new hotel, and they've done a great job keeping it looking good. Singles, couples and families can all book here with confidence. The room has updated furnishings, ample amenities and was very, very clean. The staff is well trained and friendly at each turn. The lobby, hallways and outdoor seating areas were very clean and comfortable. The indoor pool was great as well, with a very nice hot tub! The breakfast at the moment is provided by an attendant, instead of a serve your self style with a pair of hot options each morning. I had a really positive experience staying here. The room was huge with lots of space, and it felt like I got so much for what I paid for coming from CA. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked really well and you could adjust it for every room, and the kitchen was great. It felt like a very comfy and clean living space with a lot of privacy. If I come back to Troy I will stay here again. Really enjoyed this place.
