Homewood Suites by Hilton Detroit-Troy

I decided to switch hotels and I initially had came from the Godfrey Detroit which is 5 star hotel downtown Detroit. I wanted something that felt more home and bigger space. I had gotten the 1 bedroom suite. Overall absolutely amazing from the front desk to the housekeeping. I got snacks included with my room so when I noticed some of the snack had nuts and peanut butter… I had notified front desk and they within the same day had sent a lot of alternate snacks to my room. I would most definitely come back when on a work trip to this Hotel Thank you Homewood Suites… until next time💕

Super friendly staff out to make guests welcome and happy! I was pleasantly surprised that when their 2 bedroom suite went unbooked for a 3 day weekend trip they automatically upgraded me. I didn’t even know it until I walked in the room. This was a palatial 2 bedroom suite I had no business being in 😝….one with 2 queens and a bathroom and another with 1 king and a bathroom, plus kitchen and pullout couch in main area to hang out in. Wow! What a surprise that made for a great trip! Thank you Christian and Team.

Christian was a great worker!! I will most definitely be back here because of him. He was so welcoming and had a smile on his face no matter what!!!

Positive: Everything was GREAT! Negative: The rate somehow was WAY HIGHER than when we stayed there the previous month!

Since last 4 days room trash is not removed not cleaned.. Last 3 days i personally requested frond days every day. They say it will be done bit they dont do it. Today morning i requested and went. After i come in evening i asked front desk is it cleaned he said yes. But inside room its same story its not done and frond desk say he dont know why its not done. Other side someone created huge smell in corridor of 2nd floor may be he cooked some things, corridor is smelling badly since two days. No action taken. No one cares. Update after 5th day.. even after email i did not get reply. Trash was not removed. They rearranged bed but clean covers were not put. I called desk, he asked to remove trash myself and he gave washed covered and asked to put myself.
