Wingate by Wyndham Niagara Falls

I always have a great time at this location. I have spent about 6-7 nights here because I travel to Niagara Falls for work sometimes and this place is totally worth the value. Rooms are clean and people working there are great. Chaointe checked me in an and she has great customer service skills. Other agents are amazing too. The cleaning crew is attentive as well and when I have an issue they are able to take care of it right away.

Nice front desk people. Room was clean, spacious and updated. |Sadly the walls are paper thin. Noise can b a problem. |Breakfast was ok nothing to rave about but was happy to have something. |Didn’t swim in the pool but it looked clean with lots of towels provided. |For the money it was a good deal.

Positive: The friendly staff and atmosphere made it feel like home. Negative: While the breakfast was tasty it would be nice to have a few more options. There was some damage to the room (peeling wallpaper).

Had an absolutely five-star experience at the Wingate Niagara. Paid extra for parking — because nothing says luxury like charging fees you can’t even use. The EV chargers were blocked by guests with ICE cars, so our fully electric vacation started with a thrilling range-anxiety bonus. 🪩 After that excitement, we enjoyed the majestic late-night symphony of people who apparently believe ‘quiet hours’ is a drum circle activity. Around 11pm the fire alarm decided to perform its own solo act — no fire, just… enthusiasm. And the pièce de résistance? Our room was next to the VIP blaring TV club at 1am. Thankfully I got to make friends with reception while reporting it. Sound insulation? Cute concept — like unicorns. Thanks for the memories! If only the walls weren’t so… sound-permeable.

The breakfast was just white bread, old-looking eggs, and cold coffee. Even 0 stars is too much. I took pictures. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone; I'd be embarrassed. The first floor smells strongly of cigarette smoke, and the back entrance door is unlocked, anyone can enter. They said it would be repaired a week ago. It's not a family hotel. I will definitely not go back. I made a bad choice because of New Year's. I'll upload the pictures to Google immediately.
