Everything was great the staff is very helpful the hotel is very clean, my kids enjoyed it I enjoyed it my family always enjoys staying at Wingate

Positive: spacious rooms Negative: I reserved 2 rooms. One had microwave & frig. The other did not.

Chrisondra, the night shift manager, was absolutely amazing from the moment I walked in. She was informative, welcoming, and ready to assist me with booking my stay. She took the time to explain every detail, including hotel rewards and all the amenities available during my visit. Chrisondra kept me informed every step of the way—even after I stepped out to my car and returned, she continued to provide excellent service with a smile. From the moment I arrived, the service really stood out. Marvin at the front desk during the evening check-in was extremely helpful and welcoming, always wearing a genuine smile that made the process smooth and pleasant. When the vending machine was out of water, he went out of his way to arrange water for me, which I really appreciated. The next afternoon, Revan at reception was just as friendly, accommodating, and attentive to my needs. It’s refreshing to see staff who truly care about guest experience. The hotel was comfortable and well-maintained, making my stay relaxing and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this location and look forward to staying here again!

Crystal in housekeeping whom is the supervisor is amazing!! She’s prompt, kind, an is always willing to assist in anyway! :) The location of this hotel is conveniently located to all stores including grocery liquor and stores like cvs.. Walgreens.. etc. love this hotel!! Highly recommend this place! So clean and well kept up!
