Elevator is Always Broken Manager is Leaving Before Office Hours Maintenance is Very Poor No Renovations I had to clean the room myself because the floor and everything was sticky and dirty from the first day. A lot of home accessories are missing that should be in the room. There is no phone to contact the front desk. Manager is friendly but delays fulfilling customer's requests. Three of four dryers are broken. Things getting broken everyday, but no one is fixing anything. There are cockroaches in the room and rats in the building near the stairs. NO RESPONSIBILITY.

Positive: "" Negative: This hotel people beware this is not what it all described the hotel was very hard to get to the office was closed due them saying they were sold out . However took 30 mins it looks like an old Super 8 and the room smelled like smoke

The staff here is very friendly and accommodating! I appreciate having a nice safe and clean place with a great rate! Ms Tina goes out of her way to be personable with all the guests here! One time I locked myself out of my room at 2:30am and had to call her to let me in , not only did she answer the phone but was still polite and came quickly even though I probably woke her up and called at that hour! (Ty for that Ms.Tina💓) We really appreciate how you and your staff run this place..yall make it alot more homey!) Customer service is the best 👌!

Currently here as a temporary home while I wait for housing. Tina and Jasmine are great. Zero complaints aside from Middlebelt always being busy and I struggle to turn left out of the parking lot (no fault of the hotel itself though). I’ve seen some wild reviews for this place, but personally haven’t experienced anything mentioned. No terrible service, no roaches, no issues with housekeeping/maintenance.
