Clean hotel with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. Quinten, the General Manager, made us feel very welcomed and taken care of during our stay. The exercise room was nice, and the heated pool was large and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a good variety. The business center was convenient, and the location is excellent with plenty of shopping and dining options around the hotel. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service.

Positive: the room, location and some staff. (Score is lower only bec of the unclean breakfast area). Negative: breakfast area was dirty. Told the person looking after it n she had an attitude. We sat for an hour in the area n she did not clean, wipe the counter that whole period. NEVER had trouble at this hotel before.

This is a great getaway spot! What a pleasant surprise. The staff is patient and kind. We were so pleased with The Breakfast options and variety! The juices offered were really great. The presentation was wonderful. My daughter said that her breakfast was superb! We were especially impressed that the cook traveled such a distance in aggravated weather conditions early early to make time for cooking, preparation and serving with great humility and warmth. The young lady who works at the front desk is kind, patient and helpful. Only a true traveler can appreciate such great interaction on cold winter dreary days! I stayed in the Jacuzzi Suite and had an excellent experience from beginning to end. The suite was incredibly spacious, and the large jacuzzi was the perfect way to relax after a long day.
