Hope it gets better. Nice employees, but honestly - I know you get what you pay for and this is a prime example of that. I went here with someone else and would have walked out if it was just me. They were in a budget and for that reason alone I sucked it up. |Please - owners - you have a chance to make this better - do it and you could have a great place. Visitors - good location and great price. Old and dated. Fairly clean but not as it should be. Many things to be updated - not sure where to begin. People clearly live here. Our room was very worn and not the cleanest, I have stayed in some super 8 motels that were cleaner and maintained better, usually an inn & suites equates to not amazing but decent. Our room had paint leaking from the ceiling, most of the lamp shades had holes in them, the window curtain would not close all the way and our pillows had an over powering chemical smell that was nauseating, for the price I paid even through booking.com at a discounted rate was too high for the condition of the room and I would not stay there again or recommended it to anyone.

Positive: Nothing! Negative: The room not clean in many areas especially bathroom. I flushed the toilet before using and it backed up. Auto entry lock malfunctioned/didn't respond to key card meaning I had to be let in by desk clerk each time. NS Room had odor of smoke.

The hotel is at a good location but it was somewhat confusing to find due to the lack of signage and the proximity other hotels. There were issues with the bathroom sink and bathtub that obviously needed a rehaul, otherwise the room was clean and has a good size with two queen beds. The front desk employee, Kumar, was very nice and try to accomodate our request to change to another room. We checked out a couple of suites with king bed, they are large, modern and clean. I will definitely recommend it.

Where to even start? It would be easier and simpler to just list the issues. 1) after making the reservation, I called to inform them that I will have my service dog with me. He argued with me about the ADA law. 2) I called back a couple hours later because I forgot to ask for an accessible room. I was assured that I would be given an accessible room after I explained what an accessible room is. 3) Arriving at the place-the configuration of the hotel is confusing as he'll and it took circling the entire hotel to find the front. But I could chalk that up to a "me" issue. However, that circle showed me that NO room is accessible as there's stairs to even the first floor rooms. 3.5) Checking in, I asked that they make sure the room is on the first floor.
