Spark by Hilton Wilkes Barre

I had a wonderful experience at Spark by Hilton Wilkes-Barre. The front desk associate, Teenam, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Even though her shift had already ended, she stayed to assist me in securing my room and helped us get settled in. Traveling with kids and luggage can be stressful but her kindness and dedication made the whole process smooth and easy. Truly outstanding customer service!

Positive: Very clean Negative: Very difficult to sleep with Highway traffic.Poor breakfast. Coffee was good.

Great place to stay! The location was perfect for our needs. Our room was large and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The pool and spa were among some of the best we've encountered in our travels. We will definitely be staying there in the future when we're in the area!!

Never stayed at a spark property. Usually stay at Tru, holiday inn express or Country inn when traveling between Massachusetts and Florida. |What a great hotel, would highly recommend. We usually aren’t looking to spend a ton of money since we usually don’t get to the hotel till 9-10pm and leave about 8am to continue our drive. ||Front desk very attentive, updated or newer property and very very clean. Great size rooms (we had king bed which also had a couch in it). 3 charging stations in the room, decent bed/pillows/bedding. Micro and fridge. Breakfast is included and was ok to get your day started. (Coffee, juices, hard boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, bagels and muffins.)|Only negative is our room was on the side of hotel with a highway on a very large hill. Could hear big trucks and vehi

I am staying here every week feel like a home the staff is friendly one of the best spark I seen the room and public area always clean and nice. Smell really good. Always a best stay in this spark by Hilton Wilkes barre I would recommend people at my job to stay here. It’s really cool. Location. Front of the casino and my work place so went I get bored I go to casino. Have also good reservations. Overall best Hotel and best price.
