Western Hotel

The worst most scariest and dangerous roach motels iv ever seen in my life! There was a 4 inch hole in the wall looking in the wall next room! Every room had dirty messages on the walls written from the person or thing that was renting a room next to us and I had to pay the manager $25 just to see my friend for few mins and it was only 9pm and visiting wasn't over untill 10pm.

Someone had a car fire out front by where I was parking, so I took it opon myself to clean up as I didn't want all the ashes n soot on or near my vehicle. It took 2 hrs. By the time I was done, I needed to wash all the black soot off my hands. I asked the manager if he could let me go wash up. He said no. I explained I just cleaned up the front of his hotel, for free, he could at least let me wash my hands. Nope. I was going to stay there another night(all I could afford), but with this treatment of someone who was helping him, I slept in my car instead. The night previously I stayed and the room was disgusting. No sheets, TV was smashed,.. Etc I'm 65 yrs old and have stayed in rooms worldwide and that was the absolutely worst room I stayed in...

One of the Best Hotels in San Francisco. They are affordable the cleaning Man does a very good job the showers are very clean also the bathrooms are very clean. The Staff are down to Earth and Respectable. The Hotel is quiet at night and the staff pay attention to who comes in so it is very safe. The rooms are a good size a little bigger than the standard hotel room. The T.V.'s work with no problem and most of the rooms have a fridge & microwave. It's a Good Place

Absolutely exquisite. The staff was outstanding and so friendly when they greeted me at the door it felt so warm and inviting. The rooms were beautiful Italian marble floors with a fountain in the middle of the room soliciting swans and doves together in harmony. When I was hungry room service was fast and the food was imported like the floors and just delightful. I can't express enough how magical my experience was here at the Western Hotel. I didn't want to leave but when I did check out I was sent of with a warm hug that made me cry. If I could give this paradise ten stars I would without hesitation.

The pictures are deceiving and my experience is that the hotel is clean and quiet and it's located in an older building in San Francisco and there's no elevator. You will have to assend 4 steps to get to the main floor where the office is. Check out is at 10am. There is a 2nd floor that is accessible only by stairs. I didn't go upstairs because I am unable to assend stairs because I use a walker to get around.
