Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero

We stayed here over a busy weekend and spent most evenings relaxing in our room. We ordered room service for wine and some food, and everything was great. The food was delicious and the service was pretty good. Our room had a distant view of the Golden Gate Bridge, which made the stay feel extra special. The price is a bit high during weekends, but it’s definitely worth it.

From the moment you enter the Four Seasons Hotel you know you have come to the BEST Five Star Hotel in San Francisco!||The Bellmen and Doormen greet you with the biggest smiles and the best attitudes. I loved talking with them too!||We had a Magnificent Golden Gate Studio Suite with views that took our breath away that included the San Francisco Bay and the Golden Gate Bridge, including Alcatraz and East Bay Hills. It was very spacious with a huge television, sofa, table and chairs and the finest bed linens and most comfortable bed. The marble bathroom had a stand up shower and a soaking bathtub that could fit 4 people- looking out of a large window with a beautiful view. The bathroom soaps, gels, shampoo etc. were devine.||Housekeeping cleaned our suite to perfection 2x a day.||

This hotel has a beautiful view. I can see the Coit Tower and ocean from my window. The staffs are friendly.

My husband and I had an amazing two-night stay at the Four Seasons Embarcadero in San Francisco. We booked one night through Amex Platinum and the second through Chase Luxury Travel, which both offered various benefits for doing so. When we arrived, Sequoia did a great job handling check-in—and informed us that we had been upgraded from a city view to a bay view room, one of the aforementioned benefits. Our room was beautiful and did indeed have incredible views of the skyline and bay, including Coit Tower, Alcatraz, and the Transamerica Pyramid. One morning, we had breakfast at Orafo, and the second morning, we ordered room service—both excellent (with breakfast credits included as benefits through Amex and Chase). After Marriot Marquis really dropped the ball I found this place and I will not be returning to Marriot after seeing first hand how much more incredible Four Seasons is in every way. The staff were genuinely interested in my goal for a weekend getaway, and I mean from the first person I spoke to on the phone, to the gentleman who helped us with our luggage. The helped me orchestrate an unbelievable romantic Valentines day where I would propose to my girlfriend. Flowers, snacks ready to go, personalized hand written notes welcoming us, perfect room with unbeatable views, in-room dining because who would ever want to leave this suite. They nailed every single facet of the trip and made it an experience my Fiancee and I will remember for the rest of our lives.
