Customer Reviews
Only spent one night here, but it was a great stay. The hotel is accessible via the Air Tram from SFO, so it was most convenient for us. Our room looked out on a section of the international terminal, which was a highlight. The bedding was lush and comfortable, and the room was soundproof. So we heard no noise from outside, and slept great. Bathroom shower was up to the standards of this deluxe hotel, and the body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion were all excellent. All interactions we had with staff here were positive. Other than offering an early check in for $30, for 2 hours, I couldn't have asked for more. We would be happy to stay here again.
Positive: "" Negative: Take out Market was very disappointing in terms of availability and time re menu items.
The Grand Hyatt from entry to exit was a “Grand” experience! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The food was great! We had lunch, dinner, and cocktails onsite and did room service for breakfast. The most enjoyable, was the “Grand” views we had of the runway from the room!
Always a joy staying here... Rooms are very quiet even though it's right next to the airport. Can occasionally hear luggage bags trundling along the corridor. Check in was efficient. Location is perfect.. Always available and a quick hop away from the Airtrain which runs 24 7. Plentiful free luggage trolleys here near the entrance. The only downside is the cost.. Approx 320 bucks per nite.. Without breakfast. But if you're on a corporate account and want somewhere convenient to stay overnight.. You cannot beat this hotel.
The Globalists welcome here was poor. No upgrades and they did not ask if I needed late checkout. I put in for late checkout in app and they never got it as well. Room had great view and was less noisy outside than inside. The glass was made to absorb the get noise but interior walls are paper thin. You can hear every door shut and conversations in the hallway. The room is smaller than my Hyatt House room I stayed at in Denver next to airport. The shower was one of the nicest looking for standard room I have seen, but the water pressure was horrible. There is no warer amenities or SPA, the mini frig was micro. The TV was almost impossible to hook up HDMI, but maintenance did get it hooked up. There is no desk in the room which almost all standard rooms have in other hotels. The end tables
