San Francisco Suites

This place is honestly a hidden gem and I truly hope more people find out about this place. If you are looking at hotels or any other airbnbs forget that, go here. Most places feel very stale and cookie cutter but the room here has so much personality and charm. The location is ideal too since it’s so close to activities and restaurants. By far the best thing about SF Suites though is their service. I’ve been to multiple hotels and airbnbs around the country and world and nothing can compete. They make you feel so welcomed and they’re so accommodating. I truly believe this is the best place to stay in San Francisco and I will for sure be a returning member. Thank you San Francisco Suite for everything!

Tons of room, excellent location, very nice amenities. That said, the style is not exactly in my taste. If you like chandeliers in every room and walls generously adorned paintings from the 1800s, this place might be a 5-star location for you.

It was a great location with ability to go anywhere in the city by some mode of transportation. Susan at the front desk always greeted us warmly and met our needs and answered our questions quickly and cheerfully. Our parlor (studio) room was unacceptable, however. My first reaction was that we couldn’t possibly stay there. The windows were closed tightly and covered with faux leaded-glass or else frosted. One small window looked out on the fire escape with a mop and bucket. The kitchen window looked into the maid’s supply room and a few feet away, directly into the kitchen of a very lovely suit. There was a queen Murphy bed and an uncomfortable sofa bed. With these both open, navigation to the bathroom was dangerous. We traded a lovely ocean front condo that overlooked the best snorkeling

Beautiful place. Nice neighborhood. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite that slept 4 . Gave it 4 stars for 2 reasons: had to turn in your room key every time you left. If you came back after 9pm had to ring bell, wait to be admitted by person on duty then retrieve your room key from him/her. The other reason is that for the first 3 days we were there, in the evening the temperature was maintained pretty cool. Not crazy about this at all.

Joined friends who have been long-term owners at the Suites for a great get-together... Daniel at the front desk and David both were very helpful when I couldn't find my phone. (Turned out my hubby had accidentally picked it up...). It's always a great time when we're guests at the Suites.
