Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco

For my birthday we booked a room at The Four Seasons Hotel on Market and I must say our stay was INCREDIBLE. From the valet to the front desk, to the restaurant and bar, every single interaction we had was professional and pleasant. The room was huge with lots of natural light and offered a great view of Yerba Buena Garden. The most satisfying and minute detail that made me happy was the water pressure. The shower water felt so good you didn’t want to get out and the water was hot instantly. I also loved that the bathtub had very cool vintage water spout. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for an experience you won’t forget!!

We recently stayed at the Four Seasons San Francisco to celebrate an engagement, and it was the perfect hotel to celebrate this milestone. The staff went out of their way to make it memorable, and it was. There were personalized touches during our stay that you simply don't see at other hotels. Our stay at Four Seasons San Francisco was one of those experiences that just felt right from start to finish. Every person we interacted with—reception, housekeeping, maintenance—was warm, capable, and genuinely kind, even during the chaos of Super Bowl weekend. The team handled the crowds and traffic without missing a beat. The thoughtful touches made the biggest impression: a lovely welcome gift on arrival and a perfectly timed snack box for our trip down to Levi’s Stadium—small details that truly matter when you’re on the go. We stayed at the San Francisco Market Street One and had two rooms one for me and one for my son's family with a 16-month-old baby. We had a chef's table dinner with wine pairings. The food was good but tiny. And the wine was disproportionately a lot for the tiny dishes, my daughter-in-law got sick because there was not enough food and too much wine. I ordered a welcome package for both rooms and VIP fruits were standard apples and pears, grapes not other fruits which was disappointing. For my son’s room cheese platter was standard. Nothing special. Both the VIP fruits and cheese platter were expensive. I was expecting a bit more classy for 4 seasons. I would have expected a bit more upscale sheets and bathrobes.
