Waterway Lodge by Sea Scape Properties

The place was great. Reasonably priced. Well ran. Convenient to everything. Private. Best night sleep I'd had in a while. Had everything we needed provided. Pool is exceptional and private. Everything was clean. The people who owned our particular condo went above and beyond for us without being asked. Stay there if you are clean and courteous. It was peaceful while we were there.

Listen to the reviews they are not exaggerating!! This place is infested with roaches I mean HUGE roaches. I actually booked the unit via Airbnb. It looked super nice on line and the location was great. The location is the only good thing about this building. Very close to restaurants and the beach. However, everything else is terrible. We found a big ass roach in our room the first night we got there and from there on I was paranoid and grossed out. The wifi did not work the whole time and the beds were so uncomfortable. I did notify our host, but there’s was nothing she could do 😒

Nice room!! Brought 2 kids and my dog and the room was comfortable. Great view of the nearby drawbridge. Short 10 minute drive to the ocean, we brought bikes but didn't ride them down. With the prices they charge to park by the beach, $6/hr, I would recommend riding bikes down there.

Comfortable stay with a few areas for improvement My friend and I stayed at this condo to celebrate a birthday, and while we enjoyed the location and overall comfort, there were several issues that would prevent me from recommending it in the future. The condo itself was spacious, well-equipped, and has a cozy atmosphere. The location was convenient. However, there were a number of issues that affected the overall experience. While the condo was mostly clean, we did note some areas that could use more attention. The floors could have been cleaner, and there was hair in the shower upon arrival, which was disappointing. The bathroom baskets could also have been better utilized for storing extra towels, which would have been helpful. The biggest issue, though, was the parking situation. There

This is in regards to the Waterway property. The room we rented was not clean at all. The amount of dust indicated the room has not had a good cleaning in months. The entire floor was sticky and gross. We didn’t even want to take our shoes off in the room. The shower was disgusting. My wife wore flip flops while showering since it was that filthy. We were about to go to bed and pulled back the blankets. That is what caused us to not stay here. The beds were full of hairs, crumbs, and sand. It was clear the bedding was not washed or changed between different renters staying at the property. That was a huge turn off for us. I have stayed in many homes, condos, and hotel rooms during my travels along the east coast. This is by far the worst quality stay we have had anywhere. Avoid this place,
