SECU Family House at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center

The SECU has been a total blessing to our family. We stayed there on and off from February 2023 to February 2024. A truly amaying place !! Amazing staff !! Too numerousto mention...Wanda, Darlene. Vikki ,Lynette, Sandy, and my friend and love , Kelly from the front desk, I haf heart surgery, LVAD placement, and Priscilla had breast cancer receiving Chemo and radiation therapy, I love you all !! Although I understand I havw been forgotten, but the love and kindness you gave to us will never be forgotten !! I love you all !!

This place is absolutely great for families with people in the hospital me personally my daughter born on the 5th of this month and year got transferred to novant with pretty bad lung issues and the secu did an amazing job comfortably accommodating me and my girlfriend with a room and home made food nights where they would make food free of charge for everyone 50$ a night cant eat in rooms And they also have doggy Wednesdays where they bring therapy dogs in for an hour or two for everyone to love on and pet Hands down great experience and I couldn't be thankful enough 🙏🏻 The only reason its not 5 stars is because we did end up getting a room with bed bugs but they were quick to accommodate us and give us a free night or two for the troubles All around 9 star out of 10 experience ✨️ 🙏🏻

Well I'm here tonight, have a procedure first thing Tuesday morning. This place is wonderful. Very nice room, first class employees. I highly recommend if you coming to hospital for sickness or any procedure. 🙏 Thanks to whole .

Absolutely amazing! The feel of home, the staff Sharon was amazing with any information that was needed. The facility is very clean, neat and smells good.

The Family House was a wonderful place to stay, the staff was very willing to help, very knowledgeable and all around good people. It was very nice not to have to worry about nothing, but the care of your loved one in the hospital. It is truly a blessing to have a place like this to help people that live out of town, be closer to their loved ones that's in the hospital and let me also mention, it was a very safe place to stay.
