Kasa Southside Wilmington

The apartments are spacious and clean. The area is very quiet. People are friendly. They were very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay. Apartments are close to shopping, places to eat and places to visit (museum etc). Would definitely stay again when return to North Carolina.

Kasa was the perfect place for me to stay on my recent trip to Wilmington. I needed 2 bedrooms for my mom and I, but didn't want to get 2 hotel rooms, so this was really the perfect solution. And not only was it super reasonably priced, and centrally located to everywhere I needed to go, it was also right on the Cross City Trail, so I could also go for a run every morning, which was an unexpected awesome bonus. The place itself was perfect, everything was clean and tidy, there were all the amenities you could want, including a suitcase stand and a hairdryer, and toiletries in the bathrooms! I also have to give a shoutout to customer service, because they were outstanding. They responded to every question I had immediately, even on Christmas Eve. We had a great stay. Apartment was nice and clean. It was in a quiet area with plenty of amenities. It was close to the beach and other fun things to do. The only “downside” was there is no regular coffee pot but they have steepable coffee which was fine. Lots of close coffee shops tho! We are already planning our next trip and hopefully staying here again. Great stay. Easy check in and check out.

This is a great location for us - quick drive to shopping, downtown and local friends and family. Nice to have full kitchen, laundry, and good Wifi. Quiet even though it's on a main street. Very good communication for easy check-in and check-out. Plenty of parking. There is a pool too when the weather is right, but we've never used it.

My family and I stayed at the Wilmington NC location for 5 days. The location was perfect to get to downtown, a variety of restaurants, Carolina Beach, Wrightesville Beach and a mall less than a half a mile away. The residents in the complex (as well as the city) were kind and polite. The living quarters was very clean, spacious and accommodating for my family and I. The only thing that was needed was a pillow top cover for the master bedroom, my husband and I would have liked the bedding to be a little softer. However, the experience was nothing less than amazing. We plan to come back again next year and we will be using Kasa for our stay. Blessings
