Stemmerman's Inn

I absolutely loved my stay at Stemmerman’s Inn!! My experience with Fran was so lovely and she was so kind and helpful. The building itself is so cute and so well taken care of. The location was amazing for staying downtown! I loved the loft style room and view from my window. I was there with a wedding party and it was the perfect pick. I would absolutely stay here again.

We highly recommend! Fran, the Innkeeper, was so friendly and helpful from the beginning of the process for our wedding 2 years ago. My family reserved all 6 suites for the weekend of the wedding and we loved and cherish our stay! Fran went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy. She made us feel like family and even helped a friend in need after a car accident. Everyone was ok! Everything was so cozy and convenient in historic downtown Wilmington. We would do it all over again!

Stemmerman's Inn was the perfect choice for our stay during our wedding weekend. Its location couldn't have been more ideal, situated close to our venue and all the downtown activities. Innkeeper Fran's hospitality was exceptional; she was attentive, sweet, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The inn itself was immaculately clean, making our stay all the more enjoyable. We highly recommend Stemmerman's Inn for anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in the heart of downtown.

This place is really incredible. The beds were very comfortable and the whole thing was super cute. We stayed there for an event at 128south and the pairing is perfect. Fran who was the point person really went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was really great and that the event went off without a hitch!

I travel all over the world and there is no better host than Fran!! She is a truly the kindest, warm and welcoming person that you will ever meet. She made my stay in Wilmington enjoyable and easy. Fran took care of everything and offered local sites and suggestions. The Inn is in a great location: close to dining and the waterfront. I am looking forward to another stay soon!
