We love this property near downtown. It's cozy and adorable. The beds are comfortable and you have everything you need. Walking distance to all the best spots. Dog friendly too! The owners are so helpful and welcoming!

Our stay at Steer on Dock was wonderful! The apartment have everything we could have needed and more. The furnishing and decor was super cool and all very comfortable. Paula was a wonderful host and was helpful and quick to respond - she did everything she could to make our stay the best it could be. The location of the apartment was ideal - just a short walk to downtown but also in a quiet location. I would not hesitate to stay here again and thoroughly recommend it to anybody who wants to stay in Wilmington!

Staying at Steer on Dock was an absolute delight! The chic apartment is located in a charming historic neighborhood just two blocks from the vibrant downtown. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the decor--complete with a record player and a vinyl collection. The apartment is private, has great windows and light, is stylishly decorated, very comfortable, dog friendly and spotlessly clean. What truly sets Steer on the Dock apart, however, is the exceptional hospitality provided by the hosts. They were incredibly communicative and helpful throughout our stay, promptly addressing any inquiries or requests we had while respecting our privacy. Everything about this place is so easy and relaxing. The location was perfect for walking to the waterfront and loads of excellent local restaurants and cafes. The apartment was spacious and decorated with style and comfort in mind at every turn. The hosts thought of everything you could possibly need for a stay. We loved the record player and record collection, and our dogs loved the collection of very cozy dog beds to choose from. This was a working get away for us, and we had fast wifi, and space for each of us to do our work. I loved sitting in the porch area, working in the fresh air while people watching from below. If we come back to Wilmington, we will definitely book here again. Thank you for everything!
