The hotel was clean, and quiet. The day we arrived Sophie checked us in and her energy was awesome, she was so nice to my family and I. Frank was the icing on the cake I believe he is a department head, well anyway he was FANTASTIC, we were there for a private event and he took care of us the whole time we were there and being in the position that he holds you would think he would be off on the weekends but no he was there every step of the way. At the private event he was there, he was the bartender, he loved on everyone there and even when someone was unkind to him, he maintained his professionalism. Frank and his team, Sophie and Garrett made this a great birthday experience I'll never forget. I can't wait to return.

I paid good money for the king grand deluxe suite. Upon arrival I was told it was out of service and I couldn’t be refunded, but could take a downgraded room. ||I asked to be put in a king standard despite paying a significant amount for the unavailable room. After driving 12 hours, I was desperate to lay my head on a clean pillow. Instead I was met with a run down unsanitary motel. ||||The first room I was switched to hadn’t been touched by housekeeping. There were still beard hairs in the sink.and feminine products in the trash can. The second room they switched me to had fecal matter on the wall behind the toilet and a blood color substance on the sheets. The mildew stench was overwhelming. I decided to leave immediately. ||||The front desk staff put a walkie talkie out and said to call

Everything from check-in to check-out was wonderful. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond for my husband and I. My husband called the hotel and let them know it was our anniversary and they went all out for us. It was such a wonderful surprise! The bubble tub in our room was amazing. It was huge and relaxing! The bed was so comfortable that we fell asleep so quickly and slept all night. The room was quiet as well. We heard minimal noise from the hall or other rooms. A perfect experience!

Room was at least clean, as far as we could tell, and we’re happy to report no bed bugs in our room. The mattress was quite comfortable and we appreciated having our own little outdoor space attached to the room. The air conditioner did smell a little musty. The TV is not a smart TV, the chromecast provided was unplugged & unconfigured, and the hotel tv system did not work. Hope you brought a laptop! Also, for some reason the light switches next to the bed turned on the lamps on the opposite side, and the switches on the lamps themselves did not work. You can hear quite a lot through the walls, especially the elevator. There was a complimentary bottle, of which I assume was for some wine, however it was empty with a note saying to enjoy it. My husband and I spent a winter weekend here and we loved it. The hotel was clean and cozy, great to come back to after being out in the cold. The location is awesome. It’s an easy walk to the Falls, which look amazing in winter with all the ice and mist. We were close to everything we wanted to do but still felt like we had a quiet spot to relax. The staff were friendly, and the whole place just had a really nice feel. We’d definitely stay here again for another quick getaway.
