A Perfect Start to the New Year! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stay Dates: Dec 31 – Jan 2 We couldn't have asked for a better place to ring in the New Year than The Vinland Hotel and Lounge. From the moment we checked in on New Year's Eve, the atmosphere was welcoming, upscale, and festive. What we loved: • The Lounge: Having the lounge right on-site was a game changer for New Year's Eve. The drinks were expertly crafted, and the vibe was sophisticated yet high-energy. It was the perfect spot to celebrate without having to worry about transport. • The Rooms: Our room was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. After the late-night celebrations, the bed provided a fantastic night’s sleep. • Location: The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the area. We loved being able to walk to local shops and restau

The Vinland Hotel and Lounge was a great choice for us! We are in our 60s and brought our daughter and her partner who are in their 20s. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable. Typical Danish minimal yet had all the amenities we needed. We had a balcony room which was wonderful and we could see a million stars at night and hear the birds in the morning. The lounge was great and the drinks and food were delicious. We ate the hummus and veggies, brussels sprouts (delicious), and Danish meatballs. I was concerned about the location because I thought it was too far away from the "main" attractions, but it was not at all! Olsen's Bakery and Paula's Pancake House are maybe a two minute walk. Honestly a great place to stay, they were very welcoming. The only concern that we had was the fact that every laundry bin that we walked past was full of sheets AS WELL AS GARBAGE… it was very concerning and they were also storing the laundry bins in the parking garage, with sheets falling on the floor in the garage. We assumed they were just throwing out those sheets but then we saw them doing laundry the next day and they were using those same bins. Pretty gross.

Very spacious room, however there is only one chair. Adding a couch or two would be great. Heater is pretty loud. Have to turn it off at night, so not to be disturbed during sleep. Towels can see the much usage of it. New towels are welcome.

Location was perfect for parking once and exploring town on foot for days. We booked a city view king, they upgraded us to hill view. Huge room, nice amenities. We loved the coffee available in the lobby all day, including cold brew. The bar/lounge was also nice, with great cocktails made by a friendly bartender. Would stay here again!
