Viking Inn

Stayed one night with my kids back in June 2025. Please be aware that the hotel was renovated recently. This is not a 5 star resort but a small and cozy inn that fits Solvang's vibe. Very clean and well maintained. Location is perfect as it sits at the end of the main village. Price was very reasonable. Overall, a great experience and my kids loved it.

We loved our stay here ! The hotel offered easy keypad opening and voucher for pastry and coffee if you booked direct. We also borrowed their bikes and rode around town which was definitely the highlight of our trip. The room was clean and stylish, the water kettle, microwave and fridge were a nice touch. Staff was super friendly.

What a great find! The property is adorable and very well maintained. We loved sitting outside our room and enjoying the fire pit area, it was such a cozy touch. Inside, everything was clean and exactly as pictured online. The microwave and mini fridge were perfect for storing all of our leftovers, which we really appreciated. The beds were comfortable, and the fluffy pillows were a nice bonus. The location was great, ideal for walking to shops, wine tasting rooms and restaurants. Communication from the staff was excellent, and everyone was so kind and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again!

This is a cute boutique hotel! We loved how small and quaint it was. The room was very clean. Bathroom is a good size and the bed was very comfortable. There is also outside seating areas to hang out and drink your favorite wine. Location was fabulous as we were able to visit many wineries and tasting rooms. We’ll definitely be back!

We loved this place. Walking distance to everything in Solvang. Some rooms are under renovation. Ours will get a modern bathroom, we were content with the existing one. Great staff, when requested service was quick. Definitely looking forward to a return visit.
