Valencia Motel & Efficiencies

The manager in this motel is a thief and extortionist! They have NO STANDARD room rates and prices. They make up charges as they like. They charged me $80 for a room and charged my friend $70 and then charged someone else $110 ALL FOR THE SAME ROOM! When I confronted the front desk and manager about his criminal business model and attitude he told me he's free to do whatever he wants and can give anyone the prices that he feels like! Yup He said that to my face. I think the police needs to investigate and close down this place until they start to run the business responsibly! I will be filling a fraud report about this too and anyone who has experienced this should do the same!

To be honest, I probably wouldn't have gone to this motel. However, the Internet around Washington is "fluky" at tines and I'd lost both contract with TripAdvisor and my GPS signal. It was late, I was tired and the motel I was looking for was not to be found.||||My first thought was "oh my god." After dropping off our suitcases, my wife and I went to find a CVS to get flea and bug spray which we used liberally. The room was small, but I can live with that. What I couldn't was the poor maintenance. I thought there was no closet, but then I realized that the rectangular depression in one wall, with two, mutually opposed, holes was intended to be the closet and at one time had boasted a rod between the holes. Weekly I never got a chance to stay because of the property manager Stephanie put me and my family out on retaliation of her husband who got arrested on November 15th of November and the police arrested him on the property at the office and he had a gun on and Drugs and he is a Felon who doesn't supposed to have a gun and the gun was stolen and now he out on Bond . and I was wrongfully accused of supposed to call on him but I didn't and she knew that and I been there 2yrs and my toilet was backup for 2 weeks and I picture I sent it to Vinny cell phone and I believe the owners need to know that my family wrongfully put out cause her personal feelings and that no light had to cook for my kids in the dark and refused to take my rent money the same day her husband went to jail and day befor

Had been coming here for years only because you can pay $40 for 3 hours if you not trying to pay $100 for one night it’s cool as the year went on they increased the price it was $30 at first…. I would come here to spend time with my bf who lived far away ….but they started harassing us at first about smoking because they used to be a smoking rooms and then they change that we stop smoking in the rooms but then it was we left the room dirty …. How dirty can you make a room in 3 hours 🤔 we just stopped going because the rooms are very dated half the stuff in there rooms don’t work you wanna over charge for a crappy room then harass customers… would not recommend coming here

This place is horrible! staffs are very rude and they do not know how to behave with their customers to grow the business well. I am so surprised to tell you all that, staffs forced my BF to leave the room even though he was going to pay for the next day of his stay by paying seventy bucks as their demand. They did not accept it and forced him to leave the room right away. My BF came from NYC to stay for some days and spend good time with me. The guy who forced him to leave was a African short guy who does not have a bit of respect for young people. I do not understand why they will kick their customer out in terms of good business and earn more money! I am sure they are jealous of young good looking people who have good life with their partners during the trip from one place to another. I
