Americas Best Value Inn Laurel

My experience here for the past six months, was good.but I do not understand why every week I have to re program my key to my room. Two or three times a week I have problems with my key to my room. This is frustrating for a paying customer. This is how a customer is treated.

Positive: "" Negative: The sink knob was broken. However, someone did come and fix it. The power went out in the area and myself and my daughter had to go to another hotel to get warm until the power came back on. The location was too far.

I have visited the Local area of Laurel for years, my reservations and check ins have been pleasant, accommodating should there be a last minute change or request on my part. The area is very safe. There are cameras with enough lighting and parking. The hotel is right in front of Route 1, you have your options of places to go eat or shop if you head out a bit. It's quiet, rooms are spacious...beds are comfortable with a nice screen TV.

Just save yourself a headache, By far the most dirtiest unhealthiest room ever stayed in, staff did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in regards to MOLD being in their room. terrible customer service. Just want your money and don’t care about the people. If you stay here make sure pick up your beds and check around. The best thing about the property I would say is there TV and ice machine.
