Homewood Suites by Hilton Columbia/Laurel

The 2 queen suite with the kitchen is very nice, spacious. The cleaning lady always does a nice job tidying up anything. The front desk people are wonderful in answering my questions as a first time hotel stayer. The room is a bit chipped near the wall borders and the stovetop does not cook the food all the way like normally I do at home timing wise. Also, one of the lights are not working, in the bdrm, everywhere else is fine. Overall a great stay, away from home, near my boyfriend and will continue to be a great week regarding my stay length. Thank you Homewood Suites to making it feel homey and cozy.

We just stayed for night. Our room was nice and clean! Bathroom was clean! The sheets were very clean and smelled like bleach i love the smell of bleach! Only downside the pool was closed! Otherwise no problems

Huge comfortable room but I can’t give this hotel more than three stars. Some things in poor condition such as our toilet handle that had to be jiggled after every use or the water would run. Digital key didn’t work for the back door. One of the elliptical machines in the gym couldn’t be changed from the minimal resistance level. Also, breakfast advertised 7-10 but the staff cleaned up at 9:45 so I saw some disappointed families arrive before 10 to find no food on Christmas morning no less. I would stay here again sure but there’s a lot that could be improved.

Room was nice, clean and quiet. But a lot of things in disrepair. In house repairman fixed room stuff quickly. They emailed me prior saying the pool would be down until one day after we got there. Our stay was two weeks and the pool was down the whole time. My wife really needed it for therapy. I would have cancelled the reservation had we known. The breakfast cooking appliance was down a lot. Then one elevator went down. We got the usual “I’m sorry” but you know.
