I like it. It's the Michigan I grew up in. Non-pretentious, It's like cabins by the lake, without the cost of being on the lake. Lake access is near. Hard-Working honest folk. The manager is wonderful.
Poorly run with old appliances, & furniture, gas leaks in furnace. Landlord say's he will fix the problem but fixes it with more older parts.
Cozy little cabins rent by the month
