Trump International Beach Resort

Read my google review. But basically gross and dated. Can’t charge a phone near your bed in the room. Mini bar has no glasses except the bathroom which were disgusting and sticky. The restaurants can change their locations to ie the lobby and not serve the same food. The saunas In the spa are set at 140 degrees. The lighted buttons in the elevators are broken on certain floors. The over all cleanliness and worn in feeling is 10 years past its prime. It’s 3 star hotel at best. Management is swarmy and deflecting of the issues. We were put in the wrong room originally and it was chalked up to a computer glitch. The beach is nice and so is most of the staff but this place is a unworthy stay for the money

Positive: Backyard with 2 pools and 2 hot tubs with palms. Negative: No lights inside pools and hot tubs. Backyard. Not open restaurant due off season.

We spent a week at Trump International Hotel in Miami for my mom’s 80th birthday and had the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced. The front desk was rude and unaccommodating, even after requesting early check‑in. Housekeeping failed to replenish basic items like towels and toilet paper. ||||For a suite costing $2,000–$3,000 per night (plus $500+ for a second room), the quality was shockingly poor. My dad has trouble walking, yet the elevator from the beach to the pool has been broken for ages with no plans to fix it. ||||Our toilet overflowed with water gushing from both the tank and bowl, and my husband had to wade through it to shut it off. Really enjoyed the hotel, friendly service and very clean rooms. The pools definitely need some up grade. We were mostly at the beach, the service was excellent there along with the friendly beach staff.

I did not stay in the hotel per se but I am a member of the Bech Club, with access to all the amenities. I attend the establishment very often. ||I can say that the staff is exceptionally pleasant, and in particular the valet (amazing) as well as the beach and pool staff. They all greet us with nice words, smiles etc...To a level that I find unusual.
