Was looking to spend a quiet weekend with my wife and we were not disappointed. The location was amazing and next to everything we needed. The staff was very very nice and chilled especially Mr Reyes who checked us in and out. The staff on the beach was 5 star with outgoing and professinal manners. The cleaning staff was very nice and professional and cleaned the room well. The issues: 1) there was only one elevator that was working and the wait was so long that my pregnant wife and I took the stairs just not to wait for the elevator. 2) the rooms are a little outdated and really need a refresh. The design is nice but needs new carpet, new paint; everything looked worn 3) There were no furniture on the patio, for vacation resorts especially rooms with a view its a given to have that amenet

We just wrapped up a 4-day stay at Sole Miami and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The resort itself is beautiful — clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located right on the beach. The beach setup was one of the highlights for us: easy access, comfortable chairs, and a relaxing atmosphere that made it very easy to unwind. What really made the stay stand out, though, was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay enjoyable. A special thank you to Juan Carlos, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. His attention to detail and positive attitude did not go unnoticed and truly elevated our experience. All in all, this was exactly the kind of relaxing getaway we w

Positive: It is a nice property. It?s getting older but is very well maintained. The beach is fantastic and the location in sunny isles is great. Btw the staff who is at the beach setting up chairs, umbrellas etc are the absolute best. Negative: The front desk staff is really the only downside. They took care of me, but not a single smile. I interacted with them on 3 different occasions during my stay. They were all the same. No smile and said the fewest amount of words possible.

We had an oceanfront suite, featuring gorgeous views and a spacious balcony. The suite and hotel in general were quite clean. Our suite was spacious and comfortable. The location is good and the guys that do the beach setups are great! |One major problem- the elevator service was abysmal! One elevator was not working and they have no service elevator. What this meant was a long, long wait of usually 10 minutes and sometimes more every time you wanted to use the elevator. We were on 12, so we were not walking. Also the elevators were usually packed when they did arrive and sometimes you would be jammed and jostled by very apologetic hotel staff trying to transport guest’s luggage or linens. On average we would spend at least an hour waiting for elevators each day. |Final criticism, the res

We recently stayed at Solé Miami (Feb 1–3, 2026, Room 2004A). The beachfront location is excellent, the ocean views are beautiful, and the staff was courteous throughout our stay. That said, there are a few things worth noting, especially for families traveling with children. The lobby and common areas are quite small, and there isn’t much indoor space for kids to move around or decompress outside of the room. The bathrooms in the suite felt dated and could benefit from a renovation or refresh. One additional challenge was the elevator system. Elevators were frequently occupied by staff and service activity, which made wait times long and inconvenient for guests. A designated service elevator and/or a more efficient elevator system would significantly improve the experience. Given the p
