Acqualina Resort & Residences On The Beach

Love staying here! The service is wonderful - everyone is so welcoming and attentive. They helped make a memorable experience for my family - I worked with Brian Bean on the concierge team to have surprise items for my sons’ birthdays in the room for arrival. Cabana staff and lawn seating staff were very responsive and thorough. Gaby and Rosa were our cabana attendants for two days and were terrific. They helped resolve a small issue in a timely manner. And Valeria at the lawn seating was lovely.

Alizè delivered truly outstanding service on the beach at Acqualina Resort & Residences. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make our experience effortless and special. She was incredibly attentive, proactive, and thoughtful—anticipating our needs before we even had to ask.||What stood out most was how wonderful she was with our children. She was patient, kind, and engaging, which made a huge difference for our family and allowed us to actually relax and enjoy our time. Every detail was handled seamlessly, and her warmth and professionalism elevated our entire beach experience.||Alizè is a true asset to Acqualina. Service like hers is the reason guests return. We cannot thank her enough and hope to see her again on our next visit.

Nayenci-was our pool attendant today.. she is just the cutest sweet person. She was very attentive moving the umbrella to cover our chairs. Towels galore.. all clean and at the ready. Kate was amazing. She kept us fed and well hydrated. The pitchers of ICE water can’t be counted.. such a great service. Without any bother to us, Kate was always there to fill a cocktail or two. We loved how ‘our staff’ was so friendly, offering quick little stories about themselves, the surrounding fun things to do here in Miami and of course the amazing restaurants offered here. One of our most favorite luxuries we look forward too!

Gianfranco and Brandon made our stay at Acqualina Resort truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect. He anticipated what we needed before we even asked, handled every detail seamlessly, and always followed through quickly and thoughtfully. What really stood out was how personal his service felt. professional, discreet, and consistently kind. He gave great recommendations, checked in at just the right times, and made us feel welcomed and taken care of the entire stay. If you’re lucky enough to be assisted by Gianfranco or Brandon, you’re in the best hands. Five stars without hesitation. I have been to this hotel, many many many times all the people are very nice including all the Beach Attendant in poor attendance they always help very good and they always make sure that everybody is on the beach to set up and relaxing and enjoying vacation also so I would like to say that this person that helped me get my cabana this morning. Her name is nela very helpful and professional saying she remembers me from before. This is just amazing that all the people know me here and it’s a great hotel. Definitely recommend.
