Roami at Sunny Isles

This place felt dirty and not well maintained. One bathroom was good one had very low pressure barley can take a shower. No pots and pans. They never send us email for the code to the building thanks god there was maintenance guy there so he helped us out check in. The apartment lock ran out of batery after 2 days, so when we came back from the beach could not enter the apartment. Spent almost two hours trying to reach them. Pull out couch had tons of garbage on the mattress and underneath. Do not recommend.

I can't do cockroaches! I was willing to accept some wear and tear, fixtures not working properly, window treatments that did not cover the window and a bed that was worn, but roaches - no thank you. I even hoped the roaches were incidental due to weather, then I read another review when I got home that shared a similar experience. The night before our last night, I contacted management to handle a complete mess of roaches under the couch. The couch had obvious stains, but I traveled with my own couch cover. While watching TV, I noticed movement out of the corner of my eye. My husband moved the sofa and the roaches scattered as roaches do when they are exposed. The apartment is big and very comfortable. Clean, well equipped. When we arrived it took sometime to get inside the building cause the code I got was wrong so I waited to get new one while it was raining. Besides that everything was great.

Absolutely terrible. Do not rent here. The room was filthy when we arrived, huge stains on the couch and stains on the bedding. The customer service has been Absolutely terrible I would not recommend anyone stay here.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BOOK!!!!!!!! My friends and I flew down for the weekend to visit family and celebrate personal events, just to be met with a CANCELLED RESERVATION the day of our trip. We called prior to leaving in our rental car after we FLEW IN for them to tell us they sent us a notification at 1:18 in the morning that our reservation was cancelled, because the minimum age was 23 to book after we had called TWICE to verify that it was in fact, 22. We had 24 yr olds with us as well, so age was not an issue, we were misinformed and then had to deal with the consequences of their MISTAKE!!!!
