Residence Inn by Marriott Miami Sunny Isles Beach

After arriving at the Cira Hotel to find out our reservation that we made over 6 months was no longer valid due to the hotel going bankrupt. My girlfriends and myself searched for a new location and booked the Residence Inn (your property). We were greeted by a young lady Sage Bartlett. After hearing our story she immediately helped us and made our two day getaway outstanding. She made sure we had what we needed even to help with setting up the internet. Upon checking out once again she made sure our stay was perfect and asked all the right questions. She is a keeper at the front desk and an asset to your property. We are excited to plan our next stay again at the property. We were happy the reservation at the Cira was cancelled. ||Also Gilbert at the valet was super nice and

Booked a room for one night and checked in around 7pm, it was 75° and muggy in the room on the 18th floor, turned the air down to the 60s hoping it would cool down while we stepped out for dinner. Came back and it was bouncing between 74° and 75°. Called the service desk and they said theyd send someone. The person they sent said it was working fine and give it time. It never got any cooler than 74° and was muggy the entire time in the room. Not what I expect when im paying $500 bucks for a hotel room. Also, kinda pathetic that you pay all your fees ahead of time, then they tack on another $40 for valet and its not optional. Definitely will be looking elsewhere on future visits to Miami.

Worth every penny! Excellent customer service, close to the beach, even give you a lift to the beach in a golf cart when asked, two complimentary drinks and two bottles of water were just a cherry on top! W also loved that the breakfast was included and we didn't have to worry about that everyday. Just excellent service... the lobby smells so nice when you enter. Nice clean hotel, without spending a fortune at the hotels across the road. My special memory will be when we walked in to the lobby soaked wet one evening and the gentleman run and got us hot towels!! How special is that? Will come again and will recommend to my family and friends when visiting Miami Beach.

Stayed for few days and had great time! Beach access is easy and 3-5 min walk. They provide chairs and towels on the beach. Pool is great, food is decent, very clean. We had a nice view as well!

I came into town from Orlando for Art Basel and I decided to stay very last minute. I typically stay at this property when traveling but this trip was very memorable. All the service was better than expected and such a pleasant experience. I was greeted by Valerie at Valet who was extremely kind and so helpful. Then checked in with the front desk receptionist Sage who was very patient as I was scrambling around. I really appreciated all the staff members, they make you feel very seen and welcome. After I checked in I had dinner at the pool and the next morning an unforgettable service from Kevin at the bar.
