Tru by Hilton Plano Hwy 75

Recently discovered this inner brand of Hilton. I must say that I’ve been quite impressed with the concept. During my stay for some business in Dallas area I enjoyed my stay. Rooms was clean, tidy and fully stocked for check-in. The front desk team throughout the day were pleasant and help. Lost my charging cable and they gave me a ring at 5:30 in the morning. Coffee is tasty. Lobby area comfy and welcoming. Will be back when I return to Dallas

Very Good hotel Rooms are very clean no issues at all. Hotel is also brand new with les than 1 year in operaciones according to staff so everything is flawless from cleanliness to breakfast to recepción. This is a go to if you are looking for a price accesible hotel

I’ve been a Hilton loyalist for several years, and this was my second stay at a Tru property in the last 2 months. Overall, I really liked this location. The hotel was clean and modern, and the bathroom products were a nice touch. Complimentary breakfast and coffee/tea are included, which is always appreciated. There were a couple of minor hiccups—like a missing pillow—but it was delivered immediately after we called, so no complaints there. One thing I’ve noticed at both Tru properties I’ve stayed at is the absence of an in-room safe. If that’s important to you, it’s something to keep in mind. Me and my fiancé loved the experience with tru they were very nice and the room was very clean and comfortable we will definitely be coming back and bringing our other 2 kids ❤️.

The door to our room looks like it was pryed open previously. All scratched up. You could see into the room through the gap in the door. The floor squeaked and echoed every movement. Felt like you would fall through the floor in the near future. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was good. Hotel looked clean, like the staff cared.
