Tru by Hilton Middleburg Heights Cleveland Airport

We stay here at least once a year for the past 5 years for the autorama at the IX center. Comfortable rooms with a pretty good breakfast. I had some trouble figuring out my booking and Felicia was there to get everything worked out. Felicia was a huge help and I want to tell her thank you!

Beautiful hotel, fair price and exceptional service. This property is less than a month old, so everything is brand new. They have some pet-friendly rooms and were so sweet to our two grand-dogs. We were impressed with everything and the staff was fantastic! Jennifer, Milton and Samai were a few of the team members who made our stay memorable for all the right reasons!

Nicely done, Hilton! We loved our stay at this hotel. It was our first stay with the Tru brand and we were not disappointed. The rooms were a little smaller than normal but still comfortable. The rooms and the hotel were very clean. We used the laundry facilities while we were there. Again, very clean. The foozball in the lobby was fun! We didn't eat breakfast but we did enjoy the 24 hour coffee/tea bar. We will be back.

I read the reviews. The negative reviews were about the staff. I found them to be warm and welcoming. I am not boujie when it comes to hotels. Tru by Hiltons hit the mark. They are newer. No carpet which I like. The beds are comfortable. The pillows leave a little to be desired. This one is about 5 miles or so from the rental car center at Hopkins International Airport. There are tons of restaurants nearby. I will definitely stay here again.

Open for only 4 days at the time of this review. Nice new property with plenty of parking. Staff very friendly. A few early bugs like digital key not working properly, some external exits fully locked when they're marked that a room key should open them, but these are minor quibbles. On-site EV charging as advertised via Hilton app/website booking is not yet installed. The Tru concept is simple and very nice for the price, and experiencing it in brand new condition is of course as good as it will get - if the staff maintains their friendliness and the standards of this hotel I will certainly return.
