This hotel is the very best of hotels in the close vicinity of Cleveland Hopkins Airport. It is spotless and quiet, the breakfast is good and the area kept very clean, and the rooms are spacious. You can get a good workout in the fitness area and there are beautiful hiking trails a 5-minute walk away. Most of all, the staff is intelligent, helpful and friendly.

Positive: Location and kitchen were the best part of this hotel. Negative: One of the queen beds has a lump. So uncomfortable by day 2 out of 4. Mattress needs rotating or a new mattress might be an old mattress. I also wish they would leave an extra toilet paper, paper towel, & dish soap especially if it’s already below half.

I had a 3 night stay. Positives first: room was big, amenities as depicted, great location, they have a very nice fire pit that was cherry on the top. The pool looked the best. Very very clean. Staff esp Nate n Ryan were very friendly. Morning staff a bit tricky. Improvement areas: Breakfast could be improved. Variety is decent. Food freshness n quality can be better. Nobody mentioned that breakfast time for weekend n weekday is different, I ended up missing the breakfast on my checkout day which was pretty demotivating for me. Sofabed's mattress was terrible. Very clean hotel including the room and common areas. Additionally the hotel staff is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast could be better but the coffee is good and thats matters most to me. Thank you for the hospitality and great stay.

What a horrid experience! We stayed this past weekend for a family Christmas. I checked in and the person working the desk was confused that I already paid online. We worked through that. Albeit very confusing. Then we head to our room and drop off our pups to then head to families. I received three phone calls that our dogs were barking and we needed to return to the hotel. Fair enough. My husband returned to the hotel to handle the dogs. We had a note on the door to go to the front desk. When my husband did, he met with the manager on duty, Randy or Rich. The manager then proceeded to lie saying he called me 10 times. He did not, phones have receipts. He was then absolutely demoralizing to my husband who was already embarrassed that our dogs were barking. My husband returns to the fa
