Tru by Hilton Harrisonburg

We stay at a lot of Tru by Hilton’s while on our trips and vacations. This location is very nice and clean, as is most of the Tru’s we have stayed at. The lobby and rooms were well kept, the staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely return our next trip through the area. There is a lot of restaurants and things to do near by. Very convenient and right off the interstate.

My wife and I stayed here for one night. Good hotel overall, clean rooms, comfortable bed, good breakfast, good gym (pelaton is a great add), no complaints whatsoever. The staff does a great job keeping breakfast items stocked and my wife said the coffee was really good.

We stayed one night on Saturday, Nov. 8, 2025. Somewhat disappointed by a Hilton. The room was clean, except for a small blood stain on my pillow case. No bath tub, but the bathroom and room otherwise were modern. Boring, however, no art work on walls. No microwave oven and no coffee maker. Very close to I-81 and Main St, so some truck noise during night and in the morning. I believe over priced and probably could do better elsewhere in future. The staff were friendly and professional. Also a complimentary full breakfast 6-9 am. I'm a 65-year-old retired professional.

We had a king bed room which was comfortable and quiet. Everything was very clean. In the bathroom, wall dispensers for soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion keep the surfaces tidy. Tru does an excellent job with breakfast: eggs, sausage, pancakes, oatmeal and a variety of bagels and bread. Coffee is excellent, at least by my standards because I like it strong. Overall, it’s a great value.

From start to finish, this Hilton exceeded every expectation. The hotel was immaculate — not just clean, but truly pristine. Every corner sparkled, and the attention to detail was impressive. The location was convenient, and the room itself was a dream — comfortable mattress, great pillows, and a restful night’s sleep. Even though we missed breakfast by about fifteen minutes, the staff still greeted us warmly, and what we did enjoy (oatmeal and a shared bagel) was delicious. Both the evening and morning reception teams were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, even with our late arrival. The lobby was super cute, with a fun pool table and plenty of cozy spots to relax. I also loved the well-stocked sundry shop, the clean gym, and ample parking. The value for the price was unbeatable
