Absolutely loved our experience!!! The owner and her team were soo friendly and helpful, giving recommendations on the rooms and the local spots in town! The room was immaculate and everything we could’ve wanted- so cozy and beautiful! Would stay here again and highly recommend!!

Our stay at Trouvaille House was incomparable! The house is gorgeous, and thoughtfully decorated. I loved staying in the Klimt Room, surrounded by incredible art. The room was comfortable and we had plenty of space. The house’s location is perfect. Within walking distance from the “lower town” (the national park, John brown museum, shops and restaurants, etc.). Finally, Christie is such a joy. A truly kind person who went out of her way to make us feel welcome while visiting. She provided great recommendations for food and things to do, and even gave us a tour of her lovely lavender farm. Highly recommend Trouvaille House!

This property is exactly as advertised and then some. It exceeded our expectations. Attention to detail is in every aspect of the Parisian Suite. It is decorated beautifully. The bed is very comfortable. Christie brought new life to this historic house. We were the only ones in the house so it was a very quiet experience. We parked our car upon arrival and didn't drive it until we left. We walked everywhere. Christie is an exceptional host and gave us a list of suggestions for places to see, things to do and where to eat. We were happy with all the recommendations we tried. If our future allows us to, we will return and stay in the Parisian Suite.

We had a wonderful stay at Trouvaille House in the Parisian Apartment. We met with owner Christie when we first checked in and she gave us a list of things to see and places to go in Harpers Ferry, including local live shows. Our room was beautifully appointed and decorated, from the newly renovated bathroom and retro mini-fridge to the very comfy bed. Separate from our room, the house has a kitchen with everything we needed. Entry to the house and our room were both keyless, which was really nice! We had a delightful stay and highly recommend Trouvaille House!

My husband and I stayed here after we got married on La Soledad Lavender farm, which is owned by the same people! It was amazing. The house is beautiful inside and out and makes for a perfect getaway. The suite we stayed in was so beautifully decorated with antiques. And it was so romantic. The bed was so comfy and there was a faux fireplace, a soaking tub, dimming lights, robes, a tv. Everything you need for a cozy night in! We were also walking distance from all the shops in Harpers ferry, all the restaurants, and hiking trails. It really was wonderful! This is the perfect place to stay if you want to make the most of your trip to Harpers ferry, because there’s no parking in the town, so you can walk to everything you want to do!
