Quality Inn Harpers Ferry - Charles Town

Excellent hotel! The rooms were very clean and spacious. They were well-equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee station with hot cups and tea. The beds were excellent and comfortable. The staff greeted us warmly! ​We stayed on the second floor (no elevator), facing the road and the mountains. It was relatively quiet, and we slept very well, but the parking lot side might actually be quieter. ​The breakfast was superb! Honestly, it was one of the best I've had at a hotel. It had a huge variety (from cereals and oatmeal to orange juice, omelets, meat, pastries, and even self-serve Belgian waffles) and was also very delicious. ​An additional plus is the location—there is plenty of parking at the hotel, and Harpers Ferry's Lower Town is an half-hour walk away via the Appalachian

We were VERY happy with our four-night stay here!! Check-in was a BREEZE!! The room itself was rather small, and the WiFi was extremely unreliable, but all in all, this is a great place! Friendly staff, the area is safe and quiet, and the complimentary breakfast delicious. The room was very clean (you need to ask for housekeeping), and we had asked for (and given) a room on the first floor (there is no elevator). VERY convenient to downtown Harper's Ferry, also! We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Everybody at the front desk was wonderful, but I must say Ashley went above and beyond answering every one of my ridiculous questions, and there were millions. I checked out and went downtown only to discover that I had left my wedding ring and another precious ring in the room. The cleaners had immediately turned them into the front desk, and when I called back to book another night Ashley let me know immediately that she had my belongings. Such honesty was greatly appreciated. I would stay at this location over and over again.

My husband and I each felt this was one of our BEST stays at a hotel. Both the women at the desk - Carly in the day and Ashleigh in the early evening - were VERY friendly and professional. Ashleigh was especially helpful regarding an issue we had. She was phenomenal! The location was perfect, we enjoyed the breakfast, and our room was very good. I saw the awards on the wall for gold and platinum, and I can see why. Please let each of these women know how much we appreciated them, and we would certainly stay there again!

Stayed for 2 nights first weekend of December 2025. Super friendly staff, decent breakfast. Rooms are well maintained and great value for the location. My daughter and I enjoyed the stay. Electronics are a bit outdated but everything was working
