Harpers Ferry / Civil War Battlefields KOA Holiday

I rented out the smalles cabins, they are perfect for my family and right next to the woods/hills (instead of being surrounded by other cabins and playground, pool, etc) which is ho we prefer to. But the cabing smelled stuffy and had plenty of spider webs and caves (I don't mind them much tbh but I am not sure others would feel the same way). The staff is very friendly and kind. The store doesn't carry much food items, but does have the basic I guess. The smaller bath house closest to the smallest cabins are locked (been there twice and it's the same), so you gotta walk up to the bigger bath house next to the office/entrance. Overall very clean and full of deers, squirrels, birds...love it.

Amazing place! Very kind staff, awesome campground, great facilities. There are a lot of spots, but you don't feel like you're sitting on top of your neighbors, which is nice! Highly recommended - we'll be back!

The KOA is in a perfect location! We came up here on a short weekend visit to hike and go sledding. We rented one of the lodges (really a small four-person cabin). It was set up with a full bed, two bunk beds and a fold out futon. It was clean. Well maintained, stayed warm. The facility itself has plenty of places for walking your dog to include a small dog park. The office has most of the things you need. We were there out of season so of course a lot of the touristy stuff is not there at the moment. All in all a great location. Highly recommend if you're visiting Harpers Ferry to stay here.

Sites need gravel dust was beyond horrible . The staff LOU was a big bully that doesn't know how to talk to people. Been going to hapers ferry for 18 yrs it's a shame how the place is going down.

We’ve been camping for over 30 years and staying at KOAs for at least 20 of them — and this is the first time we’ve ever felt compelled to write a negative review. Even more disappointing, it’s for a campground we’ve stayed at and enjoyed before. The positives: The lady working in the wine store was an absolute sweetheart — truly one of the highlights of our stay. The haunted house was also adorable and well done. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. Upon arrival (check-in at 3 PM), one of our cabins wasn’t ready or cleaned. While we understand things happen, the attitude at the front desk was unprofessional and dismissive — not only toward us, but toward several guests who were also frustrated that check-in times had passed (some waiting until after 4 PM). When we finally got
